I would never jest about lube meta! I've got a series of posts about historic lubes, divided roughly into pre-1850 and post-1850 categories, that I've been trying to expand upon into a bigger meta essay but it's hard to avoid getting sidetracked into general sexual health writings of a particular period and I hate feeling like there's some goldmine of lubricant data out there I'm not accessing. I'll be sure to post about it here when I do finish it bc... I love lube.
